2. Scope

These Plus Terms apply to Users who:

• Purchase a Khatriji Plus membership
• Activate a Plus membership
• Receive a Plus membership through an authorised promotion
• Use benefits available exclusively to Plus members

Specific Plus benefits may vary depending on the membership plan, promotional campaign, User eligibility, and services available at the relevant time.

3. Definitions

Khatriji Plus

A membership programme that provides eligible Users with specified benefits, offers, privileges, or other Platform advantages.

Plus Member

A User whose Khatriji Plus membership is active.

Membership Period

The period during which the User is entitled to applicable Plus benefits.

Subscription Fee

The applicable amount payable by a User for a Khatriji Plus membership, where the membership is paid.

Plus Benefit

Any offer, discount, reward, privilege, service enhancement, or other benefit made available to an eligible Plus Member.

4. Membership Principles

Khatriji Plus shall operate according to the following principles:

• Benefits shall be communicated clearly
• Eligibility requirements may apply
• Benefits may vary by plan
• Certain benefits may be subject to separate terms
• Membership does not guarantee availability of every Platform service

Khatriji may introduce new benefits or modify existing benefits in accordance with these Plus Terms and applicable law.

5. Eligibility

Khatriji Plus may be available to Users who:

• Maintain an eligible Khatriji account
• Satisfy applicable membership requirements
• Successfully complete the required payment, where applicable
• Comply with Platform policies

Khatriji may restrict eligibility where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, regulatory, or operational reasons.

6. Membership Activation

A Plus membership may become active after:

1. The User selects an eligible Plus plan
2. Applicable payment is successfully processed
3. Khatriji confirms activation

Activation may occur immediately or within a reasonable period depending on the transaction and technical processing.

7. Membership Benefits

Depending on the applicable Plus plan, benefits may include:

• Exclusive offers
• Special promotional pricing
• Additional Reward Point opportunities
• Member-only promotions
• Service-related benefits
• Other privileges communicated by Khatriji

Not every benefit is necessarily available to every Plus Member or every transaction.

8. Benefit Restrictions

Plus benefits may be subject to:

• Product or service eligibility
• Minimum transaction requirements
• Usage limits
• Geographic availability
• Promotional periods
• Stock availability
• Payment method requirements
• Other conditions communicated with the applicable benefit

A Plus membership does not automatically make every Product, service, or transaction eligible for every Plus benefit.

9. Membership Fees

Where Khatriji Plus is offered as a paid membership, the applicable fee shall be displayed before purchase.

The fee may vary depending on:

• Membership plan
• Membership duration
• Promotional offers
• Applicable taxes
• Other disclosed commercial conditions

Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance with law.

10. Relationship with Other Policies

These Plus Terms shall be read together with:

• Customer Terms of Use
• Payment Terms & Conditions
• Cancellation Policy
• Refund Policy
• Reward Points Terms & Conditions
• Wallet Terms & Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Applicable promotional terms

Where a particular Plus benefit has additional terms, those specific terms shall also apply.

11. Membership Duration

Each Khatriji Plus membership shall remain active for the period specified at the time of purchase or activation.

The membership period may be:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Annually
• Promotional
• Or another period specified by Khatriji

The applicable duration shall be displayed before the User completes the membership purchase, where applicable.

12. Membership Renewal

Where a Plus plan supports renewal, renewal may occur:

• Manually by the User
• Automatically through an authorised recurring-payment mechanism, where expressly enabled

Automatic renewal shall only apply where the User has provided the required authorisation and the applicable payment mechanism supports such recurring payment.

Where recurring payments are used, applicable payment-system requirements, including authentication, notifications and cancellation/opt-out mechanisms, shall apply.

13. Renewal Fee

Where automatic renewal is enabled, the applicable renewal fee shall be communicated to the User in accordance with applicable payment and consumer-protection requirements.

Khatriji shall not knowingly charge a renewal amount that has not been properly disclosed or authorised.

Changes to renewal pricing may be communicated before the applicable renewal, where required by law or the applicable payment arrangement.

14. Payment Failure During Renewal

A renewal may fail due to:

• Insufficient funds
• Expired payment instrument
• Payment-provider rejection
• Authentication failure
• Technical issues
• Cancellation of the recurring mandate
• Other payment-related circumstances

Where renewal fails, the Plus membership may expire or be suspended after the applicable membership period ends.

Khatriji may provide the User an opportunity to renew manually where such functionality is available.

15. Cancellation of Membership

Where cancellation is available, a Plus Member may cancel the membership through the designated Khatriji account or support mechanism.

Cancellation may:

• Stop future renewal
• Deactivate future membership benefits after the applicable membership period
• Take effect immediately where the applicable plan specifically permits immediate cancellation

The exact effect of cancellation shall be communicated at the time of cancellation where reasonably practicable.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility for Khatriji Plus shall depend on:

• The applicable membership plan
• Whether benefits have been used
• Applicable cancellation terms
• Promotional conditions
• Applicable law

Where a refund is legally or contractually required, it shall be processed through the applicable refund mechanism.

A membership cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.

17. Free Trials & Promotional Memberships

Khatriji may offer:

• Free trials
• Discounted memberships
• Complimentary Plus memberships
• Promotional extensions
• Other promotional membership benefits

Such offers may have additional conditions relating to:

• Eligibility
• Duration
• Usage
• Renewal
• Cancellation
• Conversion to paid membership

The terms displayed with the applicable promotion shall govern that offer.

18. Expiry of Plus Benefits

Certain Plus benefits may have their own validity period.

For example:

• A promotional discount may expire
• A member-only coupon may have a fixed redemption period
• A special offer may be available only during a campaign

Expiry of an individual benefit does not necessarily mean that the Plus membership itself has expired.

19. Reward Points & Khatriji Plus

Where Plus Members receive enhanced Reward Point benefits, such benefits shall be subject to the applicable Reward Points Terms & Conditions.

Plus membership does not automatically guarantee:

• Unlimited Reward Points
• Unlimited redemption
• Permanent earning rates
• Unlimited promotional benefits

Reward Point expiry, redemption and adjustment rules shall continue to be governed by the applicable Reward Points terms.

20. Membership Transfer

Unless expressly permitted by Khatriji, a Plus membership:

• Belongs to the account through which it was purchased or activated
• May not be transferred to another account
• May not be sold
• May not be assigned to another person

Khatriji may require account verification before providing membership-related support.

21. Misuse & Fraud

Khatriji may investigate suspected misuse of Plus benefits, including:

• Multiple-account abuse
• Fraudulent membership purchases
• Promotional-code abuse
• Artificial transactions
• Unauthorised sharing of membership benefits
• Attempts to circumvent membership restrictions

Where misuse is established, Khatriji may:

• Cancel affected benefits
• Reverse improperly obtained promotional benefits where legally permissible
• Restrict membership functionality
• Suspend or terminate membership
• Take other appropriate action under applicable policies

22. Membership Suspension

Khatriji may temporarily suspend Plus membership functionality where reasonably necessary due to:

• Suspected fraud
• Account security concerns
• Payment disputes
• Serious Platform-policy violations
• Technical or security incidents
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where reasonably practicable, the User may be informed of the reason for a material suspension.

23. Termination of Membership

Khatriji Plus membership may end when:

• The membership period expires
• The User cancels the membership
• A recurring renewal is unsuccessful
• The User's Khatriji account is terminated
• Khatriji terminates the membership in accordance with these Terms
• The Plus programme is discontinued

Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

24. Changes to Plus Benefits

Khatriji may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue individual Plus benefits from time to time.

Changes may be required due to:

• Business or operational requirements
• Changes in Products or services
• Availability of third-party benefits
• Promotional programmes
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Technology or security improvements

Where a change materially affects an active paid membership, Khatriji shall provide appropriate communication or remedy where required by applicable law.

25. Changes to Membership Plans

Khatriji may introduce new membership plans or modify existing plans.

A change to a future membership plan shall not automatically modify an already-paid membership period unless:

• The User agrees to the change
• The applicable plan terms permit the change
• Applicable law otherwise permits it

26. Service Availability

Plus benefits may depend on the availability of:

• Products
• Sellers
• Payment systems
• Third-party service providers
• Logistics partners
• Technical systems

Khatriji does not guarantee that every Plus benefit will be available at all times.

Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

27. No Guaranteed Savings

Khatriji Plus membership does not guarantee that a Member will save a particular amount of money or receive benefits equal to or greater than the membership fee.

The actual value received by a Member depends on the Member's usage of eligible Plus benefits.

28. Account Closure

If a User closes or loses access to their Khatriji account:

• Plus membership may become unavailable
• Unused benefits may no longer be accessible
• Future renewal may cease
• Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined under the applicable terms and law

Account closure shall not automatically create a right to a refund unless otherwise applicable.

29. Privacy

Information relating to Khatriji Plus membership may be processed in accordance with the Khatriji Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Such information may be used for:

• Membership administration
• Benefit delivery
• Payment processing
• Renewal management
• Fraud prevention
• Customer support
• Analytics and service improvement

Information may be shared with authorised service providers where reasonably necessary to provide Plus services.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khatriji shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

• Temporary unavailability of a third-party benefit
• Actions of independent Sellers or service providers
• Payment-provider failures
• Technical interruptions outside Khatriji's reasonable control
• Misuse of membership credentials by the User

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

31. Fraud Prevention & Security

Khatriji may monitor Plus membership activity for:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Multiple-account abuse
• Promotional abuse
• Unauthorised benefit sharing
• Suspicious usage patterns
• Attempts to circumvent membership restrictions

Security measures may include automated monitoring and manual review.

32. Grievance Redressal

Complaints relating to Khatriji Plus may be submitted through the Khatriji customer support or grievance mechanism.

The Khatriji Grievance Redressal Policy shall govern the applicable complaint-handling and escalation process.

For consumer complaints falling within the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, the applicable statutory grievance requirements shall continue to apply. The Rules require acknowledgement of consumer complaints within 48 hours and redressal within one month.

33. Relationship with Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Plus Terms is intended to:

• Exclude statutory consumer rights
• Restrict a legally available complaint mechanism
• Waive a non-waivable legal right
• Prevent a User from approaching a competent authority

Where applicable law provides a greater protection to the Consumer, such legal protection shall prevail.

34. Policy Amendments

Khatriji may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory changes
• New Plus features
• Changes in payment mechanisms
• Operational improvements
• Security requirements
• Changes to membership programmes

Material amendments may be communicated through the Platform, email, mobile application notification, or another appropriate channel.

35. Electronic Acceptance

By purchasing, activating, renewing, or using Khatriji Plus, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where additional consent or authorisation is legally required, Khatriji shall obtain such consent through an appropriate mechanism.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

37. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the applicable dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Khatriji Customer Terms of Use and the jurisdiction of competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory consumer remedy.
